Sellers can create free listings, choose confidential listings with NDA-based access and speak privately with buyers. Businesses Wanted lets buyers publish acquisition requests and display purchasing funds reviewed by the BizAcquir team. The amount may include cash and available credit; it is not funds held by the marketplace. The free valuation tool and Academy resources help owners and buyers prepare. Signup or login is required to view valuation results. Listing and request posting are free; transaction fees apply to completed sales.
