About
Axiom Lift builds software that saves prompts, decisions, requirements, and results from AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode, then feeds that history back into later sessions. The goal is durable project memory so teams do not re-explain work after chat compaction or when switching tools. It installs from the terminal and can expose saved context through MCP.
