In silico clinical trials powered by a foundation model of human biology
Atlas Bio is a Basel-based tech-bio company building a foundation AI model trained on roughly 2 million human RNA readouts to run in silico clinical trials, simulating patient-level efficacy and safety before Phase II so biopharma teams can decide what to advance, acquire or expand. Founded in 2024 by Simon Romanski and Sebastian Bayer, it launched from stealth in October 2026 with a $10 million seed led by Creandum plus a $2.5 million pre-seed led by First Momentum Ventures and LEA Partners.
