Asymptote Labs builds runtime infrastructure for AI agents, giving security and engineering teams real-time visibility, intelligence and control over agents across tools and environments. Its open-source Beacon project is an MIT-licensed telemetry and memory layer that captures agent activity across coding agents and more than 20 other harnesses, and its enterprise platform adds detection, response and governance. Co-founded by Justin D'Souza and Shukan Shah, the New York company announced a $5.5 million seed round in October 2026 led by Tower Research Ventures.
