Ares Intelligence is a London-based company that helps organisations work out where to adopt AI. Its platform deploys an AI interviewer that holds confidential, voice-based conversations with employees across an organisation in more than 70 languages, then turns those conversations into a prioritised, evidence-led roadmap of where AI can save time and money, surfacing issues such as manual workarounds, broken handoffs and use of unapproved AI tools. It offers anonymisation controls and can be deployed on a customer's own cloud or on Ares infrastructure in the EU or US. Founded in 2026 by Matt Falconer (CEO) and Alfie Ranstead, Ares Intelligence announced seed funding in October 2026 backed by Creandum and Lakestar.
