Building a universal verification machine that proves code is safe, secure and correct
&Truth is a public benefit corporation based in Palo Alto and Singapore that is building what it calls a universal verification machine: technology meant to read code in any programming language and mathematically prove that it is safe, secure and correct, with proofs anyone can independently check. Founded in early 2026, it emerged from stealth on October 29, 2026 with $70 million in seed funding. The company says it works with the Lean Focused Research Organization and plans to release its foundational libraries as open source.
