Ampersand is a San Francisco developer platform that gives AI-native software vendors deep, bidirectional integrations with the CRMs, ERPs and other systems of record their customers run on, such as Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, SAP and Workday. Developers declare an integration once in version-controlled code using read, write, subscribe, search and proxy primitives, and Ampersand handles each customer's custom fields, objects, permissions and workflows at runtime, with per-tenant isolation, credential management and an embeddable setup flow for customer admins. It was founded by Ayan Barua and Lauren Long. In October 2026 Ampersand announced a $15 million Series A led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Matrix, Flex Capital, Yelp, Tenacity Capital, CTO Fund and Mana Ventures, alongside the beta of its AI integration agent, Andi.
