Aloi is a Stockholm-based legal AI company led by CEO Johan Häger, a former partner at Roschier. Its decision intelligence platform and Judgment Graph capture a firm's precedents, clause variants, negotiation history and the reasoning behind past decisions, surfacing them in drafting, review and negotiation workflows via existing tools, APIs and MCP.
