About

adsilico is a University of Leeds spinout, founded in 2024, that helps medical device makers see how implantable devices perform across diverse patient populations. Its Virtual Chimera technology uses generative AI to build fully synthetic virtual hearts and blood vessels from anonymised clinical imaging, then runs physics-based simulations of devices such as heart valves and stents across virtual populations varying in age, sex, ethnicity, anatomy and disease. In October 2026 it announced a £10M Series A led by PXN Ventures with Northern Gritstone and Parkwalk.
