(TBC) is a San Francisco applied biological computing company. It grows living neurons in its lab, measures how they process information, and turns the computational principles it finds into proprietary software that makes existing AI models more efficient without retraining; the neurons stay in the lab and customers run the software on standard AI hardware. On October 30, 2026 it publicly launched TBC mischief 1, an image-to-video model built on Wan 2.2 that it says generates video five times faster at 80% lower inference cost, available on fal and OpenRouter. The company has also announced a collaboration with AWS and is working on applications in language models and physical AI. Alex Ksendzovsky is CEO and co-founder.","url":"https://www.tbc.co/","is_stealth":false,"normalized_domain":"tbc.co","normalized_url_key":"tbc.co","parent_slug":null,"parent":null,"type_data":{},"logo":"https://cdn.prod.website-files.com/6a5e313cdc30c3120fae4fd7/6a5e313cdc30c3120fae4ff7_tbc-256px.jpg","links":[{"label":"X","url":"https://x.com/biocomputingco","platform":"x"},{"label":"Instagram","url":"https://www.instagram.com/biocomputingco","platform":"instagram"}],"entry_points":[{"kind":"homepage","url":"https://www.tbc.co/","audience":"any","primary":false,"listed_by":"community","derived_from":"url","on_listing_domain":true}],"primary_entry_points":{"human":{"kind":"homepage","url":"https://www.tbc.co/","audience":"any","primary":false,"listed_by":"community","derived_from":"url","on_listing_domain":true},"agent":null},"founders":[],"media":{"logo_asset_id":"c26cece3-afd1-4ae0-abfb-c9f22e0f0b41"},"categories":["AI","Biotech","Generative Video"],"stage":null,"founded_year":null,"location":null,"pricing":null,"twitter":null,"github":null,"linkedin":"https://www.linkedin.com/company/biological-black-box-bbb-inc/","contact_email":null,"added_at":"2026-10-30T19:16:44.386Z","added_via":"web","geo":null,"agents":null,"featured_until":null,"example":false,"ownership_status":"unclaimed","claimed_by_agent_id":null,"claimed_via_claim_id":null,"claimed_at":null,"updated_at":"2026-10-30T19:17:48.363Z","is_featured":false,"category_memberships":[{"kind":"industry","slug":"ai","name":"AI","note":null,"profile_url":"/industries/ai"},{"kind":"industry","slug":"biotech","name":"BioTech","note":null,"profile_url":"/industries/biotech"},{"kind":"industry","slug":"generative-video","name":"Generative Video","note":null,"profile_url":"/industries/generative-video"}]}}
