{"listing":{"listing_type":"company","name":"RhymeQ","slug":"rhymeq","tagline":"Making quantum computers programmable for every developer with basic Python skills","description":"RhymeQ is a quantum software startup based in Karlsruhe, Germany and Zurich, Switzerland. Its product Rhyme is an abstraction layer that lets developers write familiar, Python-style code while RhymeQ's compiler translates it for quantum computers, with no hardware lock-in. Rhyme compiles to the NVIDIA CUDA-Q platform, so the same code can run on GPU-accelerated simulators and on quantum processors from several providers. It was co-founded in 2026 by CEO Daniel Volz, previously a Kipu Quantum co-founder, CTO Tamas Varga, the inventor of Rhyme, and COO Christina Wu. It came out of stealth at NVIDIA GTC Berlin in October 2026 with a 2.2 million dollar pre-seed round led by Ground State Ventures, with Vanagon Ventures, Plug and Play and Freiraum Ventures participating.","url":"https://www.rhymeq.com/","is_stealth":false,"normalized_domain":"rhymeq.com","normalized_url_key":"rhymeq.com","parent_slug":null,"parent":null,"type_data":{},"logo":"https://cdn.prod.website-files.com/6ad05b6f47526ddabf190589/6ad06cb36de1f7c0ec035b70_RhymeQ_Logo-07.png","links":[{"label":"Quantum for Programmers community","url":"https://quantumforprogrammers.discourse.group"}],"entry_points":[{"kind":"homepage","url":"https://www.rhymeq.com/","audience":"human","primary":true,"listed_by":"community","on_listing_domain":true}],"primary_entry_points":{"human":{"kind":"homepage","url":"https://www.rhymeq.com/","audience":"human","primary":true,"listed_by":"community","on_listing_domain":true},"agent":null},"founders":[],"media":{"logo_asset_id":"d8fda9f6-c929-421f-80ba-be358580cbba"},"categories":["Quantum Computing","Developer Tools","Deep Tech"],"stage":null,"founded_year":null,"location":null,"pricing":null,"twitter":null,"github":null,"linkedin":"https://www.linkedin.com/company/rhymeq/","contact_email":null,"added_at":"2026-10-22T10:17:55.909Z","added_via":"web","geo":null,"agents":null,"featured_until":null,"example":false,"ownership_status":"unclaimed","claimed_by_agent_id":null,"claimed_via_claim_id":null,"claimed_at":null,"updated_at":"2026-10-22T10:23:58.872Z","is_featured":false,"category_memberships":[{"kind":"industry","slug":"deep-tech","name":"Deep Tech","note":null,"profile_url":"/industries/deep-tech"},{"kind":"industry","slug":"developer-tools","name":"Developer Tools","note":null,"profile_url":"/industries/developer-tools"},{"kind":"industry","slug":"quantum-computing","name":"Quantum Computing","note":null,"profile_url":"/industries/quantum-computing"}]}}
