{"listing":{"listing_type":"company","name":"Melius","slug":"melius","tagline":"Agents lab for creative work: AI agents that make images, video and audio","description":"Melius (Melius AI, Inc.) is a New York company building what it calls an agents lab for creative work: a canvas where marketers, agencies, e-commerce teams and filmmakers describe what they want and AI agents route the right image, video, audio and language models, run multi-step workflows and show every prompt so users can steer the result. It offers a web app, a Mac desktop app, and an API, CLI and MCP server that put many generative models behind one key. The company was founded by former Ramp engineers Joowon Kim (CEO), Young Kim and Arnav Ramu. In October 2026 it announced $25 million in total funding, a $5 million seed led by General Catalyst and a $20 million Series A led by CRV, with Genius Ventures, Vine Ventures and Anti Fund participating.","url":"https://www.melius.com/","is_stealth":false,"normalized_domain":"melius.com","normalized_url_key":"melius.com","parent_slug":null,"parent":null,"type_data":{},"logo":"https://www.melius.com/icon.png","links":[{"label":"Instagram","url":"https://www.instagram.com/trymelius","platform":"instagram"},{"label":"Discord","url":"https://discord.gg/hkvwjteArP","platform":"discord"},{"label":"Melius raises $25M","url":"https://www.melius.com/blog/melius-seed-and-series-a"},{"label":"TechCrunch: Ex-Ramp engineers raise $20M for Melius","url":"https://techcrunch.com/2026/10/06/ex-ramp-engineers-raise-20m-for-platform-melius-after-scrapping-their-first-product/"}],"entry_points":[{"kind":"homepage","url":"https://www.melius.com/","audience":"any","primary":true,"listed_by":"community","on_listing_domain":true},{"kind":"pricing","url":"https://www.melius.com/pricing","audience":"human","primary":false,"listed_by":"community","on_listing_domain":true}],"primary_entry_points":{"human":{"kind":"homepage","url":"https://www.melius.com/","audience":"any","primary":true,"listed_by":"community","on_listing_domain":true},"agent":{"kind":"homepage","url":"https://www.melius.com/","audience":"any","primary":true,"listed_by":"community","on_listing_domain":true}},"founders":[{"name":"Joowon Kim","role":"Co-founder and CEO","person_slug":"joowon-kim-2u396fr0ylzt3","bio":null,"location":null,"links":[]},{"name":"Young Kim","role":"Co-founder","person_slug":"young-kim-19bav0gi9lxw3","bio":null,"location":null,"links":[]},{"name":"Arnav Ramu","role":"Co-founder","person_slug":"arnav-ramu-2gaecsdl6lzmv","bio":null,"location":null,"links":[]}],"media":{"logo_asset_id":"db047b85-8ccc-4b59-a32c-67c49684244f"},"categories":["Generative AI","AI Agents","Marketing Tech","Creative Tools"],"stage":"series-a","founded_year":null,"location":"New York, New York, USA","pricing":null,"twitter":"https://x.com/trymelius","github":null,"linkedin":"https://www.linkedin.com/company/meliusai/","contact_email":null,"added_at":"2026-10-07T07:13:38.107Z","added_via":"web","geo":null,"agents":null,"featured_until":null,"example":false,"ownership_status":"unclaimed","claimed_by_agent_id":null,"claimed_via_claim_id":null,"claimed_at":null,"updated_at":"2026-10-07T07:13:38.107Z","is_featured":false,"category_memberships":[{"kind":"industry","slug":"ai-agents","name":"AI Agents","note":null,"profile_url":"/industries/ai-agents"},{"kind":"industry","slug":"creative-tools","name":"Creative Tools","note":null,"profile_url":"/industries/creative-tools"},{"kind":"industry","slug":"generative-ai","name":"Generative AI","note":null,"profile_url":"/industries/generative-ai"},{"kind":"industry","slug":"marketing-tech","name":"Marketing Tech","note":null,"profile_url":"/industries/marketing-tech"}]}}
