It uses process intelligence to create a digital twin of HR workflows and provides a control layer for policies and guardrails so agents can automate tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and payroll operations across fragmented tools. Founded in 2025 by Carl Hoffmann and Rado Pavlov, the company announced a €2.2 million funding round led by Cusp Capital with participation from HR-sector angels.","url":"https://ahron.ai/","is_stealth":false,"normalized_domain":"ahron.ai","normalized_url_key":"ahron.ai","parent_slug":null,"parent":null,"type_data":{},"logo":"https://ahron.ai/favicon.png","links":[{"label":"LinkedIn","url":"https://www.linkedin.com/company/ahron-ai","platform":"linkedin"}],"entry_points":[{"kind":"homepage","url":"https://ahron.ai/","audience":"any","primary":true,"listed_by":"community","on_listing_domain":true},{"kind":"contact","url":"https://ahron.ai/","audience":"human","primary":false,"listed_by":"community","on_listing_domain":true}],"primary_entry_points":{"human":{"kind":"homepage","url":"https://ahron.ai/","audience":"any","primary":true,"listed_by":"community","on_listing_domain":true},"agent":{"kind":"homepage","url":"https://ahron.ai/","audience":"any","primary":true,"listed_by":"community","on_listing_domain":true}},"founders":[{"name":"Carl Hoffmann","role":"Co-founder and CEO","person_slug":"carl-hoffmann-18miltndono5q","bio":null,"location":null,"links":[]},{"name":"Rado Pavlov","role":"Co-founder and COO","person_slug":"rado-pavlov-10nelxhck79r7","bio":null,"location":null,"links":[]}],"media":{"logo_asset_id":"66d01ae5-a2cf-4a72-89b5-8175e25cfc5a"},"categories":["AI","HR Tech","Enterprise Software","Automation"],"stage":"seed","founded_year":2025,"location":"Munich, Germany","pricing":null,"twitter":null,"github":null,"linkedin":"https://www.linkedin.com/company/ahron-ai","contact_email":null,"added_at":"2026-09-30T08:22:32.647Z","added_via":"web","geo":null,"agents":null,"featured_until":null,"example":false,"ownership_status":"unclaimed","claimed_by_agent_id":null,"claimed_via_claim_id":null,"claimed_at":null,"updated_at":"2026-09-30T08:22:32.647Z","is_featured":false,"category_memberships":[{"kind":"industry","slug":"ai","name":"AI","note":null,"profile_url":"/industries/ai"},{"kind":"industry","slug":"automation","name":"Automation","note":null,"profile_url":"/industries/automation"},{"kind":"industry","slug":"enterprise-software","name":"Enterprise Software","note":null,"profile_url":"/industries/enterprise-software"},{"kind":"industry","slug":"hr-tech","name":"HR Tech","note":null,"profile_url":"/industries/hr-tech"}]}}
