Visible Hands is a Boston-based pre-seed venture fund and founder fellowship focused on women, people of color, and other overlooked entrepreneurs. It invests $100,000+ in early-stage companies and runs two fellowship programs: VHNYC, a 10-week hybrid fellowship for 15 underrepresented founders in New York City, and VHBOS, a Boston-based fellowship for diverse founders. Visible Hands provides bespoke support—from sales coaching to branding—tailored to each founder's needs, alongside grant partnerships with Meta and AWS.
