Third Derivative (D3) is a climate tech accelerator founded by RMI and New Energy Nexus, offering an 18-month flexible virtual program tailored to startups at any stage building hard tech climate solutions. Each accepted startup is assigned an Account Manager and gains access to RMI's 700+ energy professional network, strategic corporate partners, and capital partners to bridge finance and resource gaps. The program requires a minimum of two full-time employees and a working prototype at TRL 4. Program duration: 18 months.
