STARTUP AUTOBAHN is an open innovation platform founded in Stuttgart in 2016 by Mercedes-Benz, Plug and Play, University of Stuttgart, and ARENA2036. It runs two programs per year, each culminating in an EXPO event, connecting startups with 20+ corporate partners including Porsche, Bosch, and Schaeffler to develop pilot projects and production-ready implementations across mobility, manufacturing, and enterprise. The platform has supported over 350 startups in 500+ corporate projects since inception.
