MATTER is a healthcare innovation hub and accelerator founded in 2015 and headquartered in Chicago, IL. It collaborates with 800+ current and alumni healthcare startups from around the world alongside dozens of hospitals, health systems, universities, and industry companies. MATTER runs multiple accelerator challenges and programs each year, including ACCELERATE (providing up to $100,000 in nondilutive funding to health startups with market traction) and partner-sponsored programs in digital health, health equity, and medical devices. It provides mentorship, corporate partnerships, and a 6-month MATTER membership to participants. Program duration: 10 weeks (varies by program).
