Innpulsa Colombia is the Colombian government's public agency for entrepreneurship and innovation promotion, operating under the Ministry of Commerce. It runs multiple acceleration, support, and capacity-building programs for startups at different maturity stages, including Aldea (ecosystem-building strategy), Emprendimiento Digital 2025, and other cohort-based programs with no equity taken. Programs are run nationally with both in-person and virtual formats.
