HF0 (Hacker Fellowship Zero) is a 12-week fully-serviced residency in a 20,000 sq ft San Francisco mansion, founded in 2023. The program handles housing, meals, and logistics so founders can focus entirely on building. HF0 writes up to $1 million on an uncapped SAFE for 5% common stock equity and continues investing alongside syndicate partners in follow-on rounds. Two batches run per year with Demo Days in December. The $100 million fund has backed companies including Crossmint, Krea, Catalyx Space, and Fish Audio. Program duration: 12 weeks.
