Demium is a European startup incubator and talent investor founded in Valencia, Spain in 2013, operating across Spain, Portugal, Poland, and Czechia. Unlike traditional accelerators, Demium identifies talented individuals without requiring a pre-existing idea or team, then through rigorous selection pairs participants with co-founders and guides them through ideation, validation, and company formation over six months. Selected startups receive up to €100,000 in pre-seed funding from Think Bigger Capital in exchange for 10% equity, plus ongoing mentorship and follow-on investment access. Applications are open year-round. Program duration: 6 months.
