Bayer Co.Lab is a global network of life science incubators with locations in Berlin, Cambridge (US), Kobe, and Shanghai, providing early-stage entrepreneurs with state-of-the-art facilities, expert mentorship, and connections to Bayer's global research networks with no strings attached. The Co.Lab Connect program offers region-specific programs in Basel and Seoul to bridge local startups to global markets, particularly the US ecosystem. In 2025, the program selected Rege Nephro (Japan) and NXI Therapeutics (Switzerland) as inaugural Co.Lab Connect recipients.
