The Barclays Black Founder Accelerator is a 12-week hybrid program run by Barclays Eagle Labs in partnership with social enterprise Foundervine, designed to support Black-founded or Black-led tech-enabled UK businesses at seed stage or beyond. The program includes 12 expert-led masterclasses covering value proposition, sales, marketing, investment pitching, financial metrics, and founder mental health, plus 1:1 mentoring from scale-up experts, business networking events, and a founder showcase to investors. No equity or fees are charged. Program duration: 12 weeks.
